Horrible Customer Service
 
I just had to spend, what appeared, almost 30 minutes speaking with an agent that was for sure drunk. She was not polite and difficult to understand. After the unpleasant ordeal the reservation was still wrong. Shame on you American, shame on you…

How do you know she was drunk? Are you assuming? Were you able to understand her as she may have had a thick accent. Go to the airport
to fix your ticket next time.

That's another thing I teach new and current employees....is to drink heavily before their shift. It's usually the only way to deal with idiots.
