Horrible Customer Service
I just had to spend, what appeared, almost 30 minutes speaking with an agent that was for sure drunk. She was not polite and difficult to understand. After the unpleasant ordeal the reservation was still wrong. Shame on you American, shame on you…

That's another thing I teach new and current employees....is to drink heavily before their shift. It's usually the only way to deal with idiots.
