Etihad Airways: Refund not credited to my Account even after 30 days
 
Hi,

I want to bring to your notice that I was issued a refund by Etihad Airways on 27th Of Feb 2015. More than 30 days have passed by but I have not received the money back.

Whenever I contact customer care I get a new timeline but no status on my refund. Only thing that they gave me was a refund Voucher number and an assurance that I will get my money back.

I am very upset the way this issue is being handled.

Etihad Airways: Refund not credited to my Account even after 30 days
 
Hi,

I want to bring my concern to your notice that a refund was processed to me on 27th Feb 2015. Already more than a month has passed my but I am still waiting for the money to be credited back to my account.


Request you to please help me get my money back. When ever I contact call center they sound very helpless and just request me to wait for some more days.
Also they said that the finance team which credits the refund operated from Abu Dhabi and the only source of contacting them is through email. The call center agents have dropped them three followup email till date but they haven't responded to any of those

The booking reference number is DJYDQN
The refund voucher number which was given to me by call center agent is : 6070470037266.
