What the heck is going on with AA?

Delayed flights. Missing baggage. Its a mess!

We didnt receive our baggage until about 10 hours after we landed.

They need to hire ppl who want to work.

This is not handing out Burgers at a fast food resturant and messing up an order--ppl's personal items are in those bags that are important for their trip. Wake up!
