Gold class tier not honoured
 
The gold class tier program was that you accumulate 40000 guest tier miles in a calendar year. I first travelled with Etihad on 3rd Nov 2014. Technically on 18th Oct I should have had 41800 tier miles and I should have been upgraded as a gold guest member. But the guest miles was not updated for a flight I took in September. These points were credited post the 3rd of Nov 2015, looks deliberately so they wouldn't have to upgrade me. In spite of sending 3 emails, several phone calls and a chat they have still not honoured this. I am a frequent traveller and totally unhappy and will switch to another airline starting Jan next year. Again no points credited for my flight travel on 22nd November. Points are credited lesser than actuals for my flight on 18th October. again I feel is delivered so I do not achieve 50000 tier miles which is the next target to be achieved in a calendar year. Is this some kind of a scheme?
