Not able to change the date on the ticket
 

Hi, I am going back & forth between my travel agent & Etihand airways since December 2015 with no support. So i really appreciate & hope someone can help to address my issue as early as possible.
I would like to change my outbound date to February 11th instead of January 27th. But I have been told by my agent that this ticket is non changeable & restrictions are from Etihad Airways. But the fact is no where on my ticket its mentioned this ticket in non changeable. In the eTicket i see restriction/endorsement & it mentioned " Penalty fees apply/only applicable to EY". So no where in entire ticket its mentioned its non changeable.
I can send my booking details via email so please help me out here.
I am ok to pay the Penalty but its not fair that I don't have any other choice than cancelling out this ticket without refund or any change. Unfortunately I have my entire family coming back on March 2nd so I cant change airline or date for return.
So I really appreciate your help to resolve this issue.
