Movie screen didn't work

 My screen from the movies didn't work, and they didn't even care to be helpfull when I complained, They just answered the screen at your seet isn't working (seet no.35E), I was shocked by their answer. As the trip was over 10 hours and I was so bored. I don't think this is the right way to answer, they should at least try and be helpfull.
They didn't leave me a good impression and I will think next time before booking Continental Airlines, As I travel a lot because my whole family lives there.

so on top of it you were in a middle seat too? that sucks! were there any open seats available? i would have asked the f/a if you could move, that has happend a few times when i have flown. i agree 10 hours with nothing to do is boring

so is this complaint about continental or american airlines? Just curious. And the movies on either airline aren't all that good, though at times you can get lucky. If you write in a complaint about the seat to whichever airline you are complaining about, i am sure they will give you a voucher for the inconvenience.

I agree with Silent Bob on this one. Type up a complaint letter and address it to someone who matters. Be sure to state what you'd like for your inconvenience. A $50 or $100 credit seems very reasonable.
