Flight 344 from Chicago to LaGuardia13 January 2013 showed both AA's lack of preplanning and lack of forsight.; starting with the announcement that the pilot couldn't get there going to a second pilot coming, to leaving late to being stacked over LaGuardia with too little fuel and a pilot that was timing out. We went back to Pittsburgh where we waited 4 hours to get into a hotel to come back to the same plane leaving at 1030 am the next morning. The process being so disorganized that one person was trying to arrange both new flights and hotel vouchers. The working staff was terrific but had few tools to work with. My wife and I were both greatly inconvenienced, both lost almost a days work., Thank G-d, everybody eventually got to their destinations safely.
