Your indifference is prolonging the justice for almost 2 months now & i have not been refunded what you or your airline promised. Now its time to pay me a compensation & also for the customers to know the quality & bitterness you show on customers, after failing to serve them. ____ Dear Mohamed Kamil You must be aware that this is my relentless search for justice. complaint no. REF 224866. July 23, 2014 you emailed me an offer to reimburse extra leg room seat on Chennai-abu dhabi-toronto flight wherein i paid for extra leg room seat & i suffered in a seat where the walls of the plane caved in denying any sense in stating that as extra leg room. Despite my acceptance for reimbursement several times & complaints posted on ur site, there has been no response from you. This indifference might amount to total arrogance & not tolerated. I demand a refund of CAD150.199 as stated in your email & a further compensation of US$3000 for inconvenience and mental agitation caused due to your indifference in this regard.
