Dear Etihad Rep,
Instead writing that you can understand and so on, you should keep contact to your customer in the real world! Not in social media. In my cases the replie from Etihad came 40 days after I wrote the email in Sri Lanka where I was missing my luggage. And the replie is just a copy and paste text without offering any real world compensation. Tell me. What can we do with Etihad points when we DO NOT WANT TO FLY EVER AGAIN WITH YOUR AIRLINE? |
