It has already been two months since Etihad changed my itinerary, which involved canceling a business class upgrade, and still has not refunded my miles. I also am not getting appropriate credit for certain segments, even after several phone calls to their customer service center, in which I was told each time by representatives that they would send e-mails; several e-mails to their Retro Credit e-mail address; and now even a few follow-up e-mails to their Etihad Guest Gold AND Social Media e-mail addresses. The response time is abysmally slow and because of their lack of action, I am unable to book a new award ticket with those owed miles. 31000 miles is no small change!
