Assalam O Alaikum
I am Hafiz Qudas from Pakistan Having I'd no 38401_9381369_1 Passport no EN 9381369 Travelled from jadda to Abuzehbi Ticket no 607-9047-928-537 Jed....auh Ey 312 With boardind of 17C After sitting on seat I put my pouch(purse)that was tightened to my body in the back of seat in front of me... When plane landed in abuzehbi at 11:15 pm I take off plane and forgot to take my pouch with me that was containing My passport I'd card 10000 Saudi Riyal One gold ring bought from Madina shareef of price 560 saudi Riyal One set of ear rings of gold of price 750 Saudi Rial Just I came out of plane I remembered and wanted to go back in plane but was prohibited ... I immediately reported to transfer desk of terminal 1 who assured to get the pouch back.... But of no vain.. I asked them again and again... They said no found... My pouch was there but the staff of etihad didn't cooperate at alll... I met supervisor but .... A staff member miss sadia guided me to email transfer desk with attachments of copies of passport and I'd card... I did as I guided... But after passing 6 hours no result... Then 6:00 am staff was changed... I had to tell all details once more to staff...Mr faiz was supervisor but he and his team treated as much worset as they could.. Whole day was passed but no action just ****ing talks... I went to trasner desk terminal 3 where Mr Anthony somewhat helped and took action on email that sent... Permission was taken from Pakistan immigration and after all I was given boarding card of Ey 231 But again on the time of boarding Supervisor Mr waleed stopped me and claimed he has no information abt Mean your staff again didn't informed... I argued and after a heavy quarrel allowed me to go... I came isb airport with delay of flight ... But at airport again staff of etihad didn't help at all.. I complain badly abt the behaviour of your staff , the rubbish system of etihad and demand my pouch back... 00923008700722 |
